Section 106
Not to violate communicable disease laws
(1) No one shall violate the rules, instructions or orders issued by the Government of Nepal, the State Government or the local level or the authorities authorized by law in relation to communicable diseases.
(2) A person who commits or causes an offense under sub-section (1) shall be punished with imprisonment up to six months or with a fine of up to five thousand rupees. However, if there is a possibility that someone may die due to violating such rules, instructions or orders, he shall be punished in accordance with section 104.
